Flexible horizontal pouch making machine. For 3 sizes in width (100-200mm) and a variable height up to 300mm.
Pouches, with zipper, euro-slot, with or without gusset, are made from pre-folded foil on reels.
Easy to adjust units make it possible to change fast to a other format.
Sealing
We have made stand alone sealing units and machines with packaging and sealing combined.
Shown below is an example of a universal sealing unit made for existing machines for international use.
In this example the user can freely select up to 5 burner lines that use a mixture of gas and air controlled by flowmeters.
With an ignition and ionization measurement the flame can be detected and products can be sealed.
